Meet the Doctor

Known around the country as Dr. Pain, Dr. Williams has been helping his patients live pain free since 1993. Dr. Williams is a devoted physician who truly listens to his patients’ needs and concerns. He’s committed to finding the underlying cause of each patient’s pain and developing a personalized pain management treatment program unique to each patient. Dr. Williams takes a one-on-one approach with each patient carefully educating them about the cause of their condition. His goal is to put his patients in a position of comfort by helping them understand the underlying cause of their pain and how he can treat their condition(s) successfully. Dr. Williams extensively reviews patients’ prior medical records and tests, and studies their prior imaging scans. With this information, in combination with a comprehensive physical examination and an in-depth conversation concerning the patient’s symptoms, he develops a personalized treatment plan for each patient. 

Dr. Williams graduated from The Medical College of Georgia and completed his anesthesiology training at The University of Texas. He has achieved board certifications by the American Board of Anesthesiology and the American Board of Pain Medicine. He also has achieved board certification by the American Board of Anesthesiology in the subspecialty of Pain Management. These organizations require rigorous exams for physicians to achieve certification. Dr. Williams’ clinical expertise and triple board certifications have made him a valuable pain management consultant to numerous Orthopedic Surgeons, Neurosurgeons, Primary Care Physicians, Chiropractors, and other health care providers. His clinical expertise and commitment to staying current on the latest advances and treatments in the ever-changing field of pain management rank him as one of the most well-respected and sought-after physicians not just in Georgia, but in the United States.
